True break through the week, the Tea Garden club let you discover teas from all over the world. Around a table, outside when we can, or even sat in the grass, we surprise our tongues with complex and subtile teas ; with cakes and biscuits !
Every week or so, the Tea Garden club organize a session filled with serenity. We learn firstn history and differences behind teas (green, black, but also oolong, dark, white and yellow !), the country they’re from, the treatment the leaves had … In a second time, the taste vocabulary is de rigueur : also used for wines, beers, whiskys, etc, you’ll learn to explain what is a “astringent” tea.
