True break through the week, the Tea Garden club let you discover teas from all over the world. Around a table, outside when we can, or even sat in the grass, we surprise our tongues with complex and subtile teas ; with cakes and biscuits !

Every week or so, the Tea Garden club organize a session filled with serenity. We learn history and differences behind teas (green, black, but also oolong, dark, white and yellow !), the country they’re from, the treatment the leaves had … In a second time, the taste vocabulary is de rigueur : also used for wines, beers, whiskys, etc… you’ll learn to explain what is a “astringent” tea.
